Our Programs

Food and water

The number of people having limited access to food and water continue to rise in Africa. As of 2020, more than one third of Africa’s population was undernourished. Conflicts, drought and economic challenges are severely impacting progress made towards alleviating food and water shortage in Africa. The impact of COVID-19 and its effect on global supply chain and logistics severely impacted agriculture which serves as the main livelihood of the African population. Through Happy Children for Africa’s work, we have supported more than 5000 children and individuals with hunger-related challenges spanning across several orphanages and communities.
